I got a bunch of bids for painting the exterior trim on my home. Mark was the only bid that specifically mentioned removing ALL the old caulk and replacing it with color-matched caulking. (My neighbor's painter cost a little less but just painted over the old caulk - which will require a more expensive repair in the future). His prices were very competitive, especially considering the excellent caulking work he did. He took the time to power wash the trim before painting, and when he was finished it there was no evidence of even a drop of paint hitting the ground. Since then I recommended him to a friend in Rochester, and Mark did his exterior and interior painting with the same extraordinary quality. This is the guy that will do all my painting from now on.
